Ranked No. 3 best city in America to start a family and Livability.com ranked Round Rock No. 4 in the "Best Affordable Places to Live in America."  According to the 2010 US Census, Round Rock is the 31st largest city in America, yet according to a 2014 survey, 93% of the city residents felt "safe" or "very safe" and the property tax in the city is one of the lowest in the region.  Restaurants, shops and bars light up the two downtown plazas; arts and culture are important to downtown businesses.  Don't forget the city promotes itself as the "Sports Capital of Texas"  with Dell Diamond baseball and world-class parks, ball fields and the Round Rock Sports Center.  Your family will love this city!
